The Hopedale Community House and George Albert Draper Gymnasium were established by the Draper family to offer Hopedale residents and Draper Corporation employees a community/recreation center in the town. The Draper Gym is used for voting and by the school's physical education classes and athletic teams; the Community House space includes ping pong, bowling alleys and pool tables. Yearly memberships continue today and will be available for the 2009-2010 season on August 17, 2009. Many activities are offered throughout the year and meeting space is also available. Enrollment in programs is limited, however, with Hopedale residents being given first priority. Please see our Activities section for more information.
